Born and raised in Arizona (on a cattle ranch), I moved to Southern New Mexico after high school and have been here ever since! I’ve been in the accounting world for over 15 years, working primarily with construction, real estate, and property management companies. I was a realtor and property manager before deciding to let it go to pursue my love of bookkeeping and open my own bookkeeping business.
My mission with this business (other than helping my clients grow!) is employing moms who want to work from home so they can be there for their families. I was once in their position - working full time and wanting to be around more for my family when they needed me - and it is one of the reasons I started my own business! I have one employee now who is a mother of two small girls and works for me around their schedule; and I aim to continue to grow my business in this direction.
On the weekends you can find me watching my daughter play club volleyball all over the Southwest or spending time with family... I have a wonderful husband (Jim), two grown boys and one daughter still at home. I also have a daughter-in-law, two granddaughters, and one grown stepson. Family is very important to me!
In addition to working in Rent Manager, I am also a QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor, so I specialize in QuickBooks Online accounts.
